1. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items (Our Guarantee)

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a manufacturing or spelling error made by Pristine Custom:

• Contact Us: Email shop@pristinecustom.com within 3 business days of delivery.
• Include Details: Provide your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the damaged sign and packaging.
• Free Replacement: Once verified, we will immediately produce and ship a brand-new replacement sign to you at zero additional cost.

2. Spelling & Order Details

We kindly request that you carefully double-check all custom names, text, numbers, and details before completing your order:

• Any spelling or formatting errors submitted by the customer are the customer’s responsibility and are not eligible for replacement or refund.
• If you notice a mistake immediately after placing your order, email us right away at shop@pristinecustom.com with your order number, and we will do our best to update it before production begins.

3. Design Previews & Cancellations

• If you request a digital design preview before production, please review it closely. Once a design preview is reviewed and approved by you, the order is locked into production and cannot be changed or canceled.
• Selecting a design preview may add 1 to 2 business days to your order lead time, as manufacturing begins only after your approval.

4. Production & Delivery Timelines

• Production Time: Please allow 2 to 5 business days from the purchase and preview approval date for custom fabrication and powder coating before it is shipped.
• Delivery Time: Typical total time to receive your order after purchase is 6 to 12 business days.
