• Standard Custom Orders: Please allow 2 to 5 business days for custom fabrication and powder coating.
• Orders with Digital Preview Requests: Production begins immediately after you review and approve your digital design proof. Requesting a preview may add 1 to 2 business days to your total lead time.

2. Shipping & Delivery Timelines

Once your custom order has completed production, it is dispatched via expedited parcel courier with full tracking provided.

• Transit Time: Shipping carrier transit times typically range from 2 to 7 business days once dispatched.
