Customization and Production Process:

  • We kindly request that you double-check the spelling and details provided during the ordering process, as any mistakes on spelling are the customer's responsibility.
  • Due to the personalized nature of our products, cancellations are not possible after the design preview has been reviewed by you and approved for production.
  • If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please email shop@pristinecustom.com immediately with your order number and we will do our best to fulfill the request.
  • To ensure the design is correct, you have the option to request a preview of your customized sign before production. Please be aware that selecting this option may extend the time it takes to receive your order, as production begins after your approval.
  • Please note that all custom orders are non-refundable.
  • Please allow 2 to 5 business days from the purchase and preview approval date for production of your custom order before it is shipped.
  • Typical time to receive your order after purchase is 6 to 12 days.

    • We ship with expedited parcel package and our shipments include detailed tracking for all domestic orders within the United States. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment.
    • Shipping times typically range from 2 to 7 days from the ship date. Please note that we are unable to guarantee a specific delivery date, as shipping company timelines are beyond our control.
    • It is crucial to ensure that your shipping address is accurate and up-to-date. We are not responsible for items shipped to incorrect addresses.
